IJC Asset Management was founded in November 2008 by Iona J Colquhoun, BSc (Hons) MSc.

Pre-dominantly based in Edinburgh, Iona has been working in the commercial property sector since beginning her career as an Architect in 2002. After working with jmarchitects for 3 years, Iona joined Edinburgh based property consultants City & Wharf working as an Asset Manager dealing with property management, acquisitions / disposals, development opportunities, and contributing valuable architectural and project management experience to a niche team. Iona is also qualified to produce Commercial EPC Assessments throughout England/Wales and Scotland.
